Function documentationPresettings for Service Performance

You can preset the organizational units, the employees responsible, and the time of service performance and service status for the entry of new services.

When you enter a new service, the system presets the corresponding data for service performance. You can change the presetting either in the Presetting for Service Performance dialog box or in the row of the new service in service entry/subsequent service entry.

OU Parameters for Service Performance

The following OU parameters are used to preset the service performance:

  • N1ANFOEL

Presets the requesting departmental organizational unit (OU) using the case data.

  • N1ANPOEL

Presets the requesting nursing OU using the case data.

    Note Note

Within the framework of the CO interface, the presetting of the requesting OU of a service controls the distribution of the costs of a service between the requesting and performing cost centers. Subsequent processes can override this OU however.

If you have set the indicators Req. Nurs. OU Manually Changed and Req. Dept. OU Manually Changed, these OUs can no longer be changed by subsequent processes, such as the service rules in SAP Patient Management (IS-H). This would be the case if, for example, the department assignment of an inpatient case is changed.

    End of the note.
  • N1ARERDT

Controls the presetting of the date and time of service performance.

  • N1LSANPU, N1LNANPU

These two OU parameters control whether the dialog box with presettings for service performance should be displayed during service entry or subsequent service entry.

User Parameters for Service Performance

The following user parameters are used to preset the service performance:

  • VMA

    Presets the employee responsible.

  • MLS

Determines the service status for service entry or subsequent service entry. If this parameter is not defined, the services are created in Performed status.
