Configure Procedure Proposal
You configure the procedure proposal for orders by defining service groups. The assignment type of the service group determines the purpose of the service proposal (preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative).
On the SAP Easy Access
screen, choose .
Enter the procedure proposal for the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative orders and save your entries.

You can define procedure proposals for each service in the in-house catalog, i.e. also for the surgery anchor service. The surgery anchor service is contained in every surgery request. You can reduce the required definition effort by using the following supplementary procedure:
You define the services as the procedure proposal for the anchor service, which should principally be executed before or after each surgery.
You can also create special procedure proposals for the individual orderable surgeries (services).
When ordering the user receives the procedure proposal for the surgery anchor service and the procedure proposals for the ordered surgeries as a selection.
Note
The services which you can add to the procedure proposal, must be contained in the in-house catalog, but can also originate from different service ranges. The user can therefore order services in one step, which were performed by different service facilities. If ordered services should be requested and performed during processing, they must at least be assigned to a service range.
Note
When the procedure proposal is displayed in each hierarchy level, the assignment type determined for the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative service proposal is used. You cannot use service groups, which were defined with the "Grouping" assignment type, in the procedure proposal.
When defining the procedure proposal you can define a proposal text for each service, which is transferred into the ordered service as supplementary text. If this service remains ordered, this supplementary text is also available in the request. The text can be individually changed when entering the order and in any subsequent request.
