Day-Based Planning – Planned Days Overview
In the planned days overview, time-based planning displays a list of all days for which admission appointments or surgery/treatment appointments are planned. If you open a day, the system will display the patients who are planned for that day.
In the planned days overview, you can select patients and drag them to a day (line) in the daily planning grid.
Example
You wish to plan a short-term appointment for a patient in your worklist. In order to do this, you may need to move another patient to a later appointment.
In the overview, you display all the patients scheduled for the day on which you wish to plan the short-term appointment, and select a new appointment you a patient whose appointment is not time-critical. This frees up capacity then for the patient to be planned for a short-term appointment.
You can configure the planned days overview based on a field selection. The same amount of fields is available here, as in the worklist.
