Person (Employee) - Qualification
You can assign qualifications to each employee, which he requires to perform tasks.
You define the assignment in the SAP Easy Access
menu under

Personal Qualifications

The system will restrict the selection list for involved employees or the surgery team, to employees who have the qualifications necessary for this task.

Note
If the user enters an involved employee or an employee of the surgery team during service documentation, the system will check whether the user has at least one of the necessary qualifications entered for this task. If this is not the case, the system will not accept the entry of the employee.
