Maintain Qualifications
Qualifications represent the link between employees and tasks. They are only used for staff checks and the selection list of employees potentially involved in a service.
You define qualifications in the SAP Easy Access
menu under

You can also assign qualifications both to tasks, as qualifications required
, and to employees, as their qualifications for performing these tasks.

Note
You only need to enter qualifications and their assignment to tasks and employees if you have decided on the corresponding checks in customizing. Checking can be deactivated using the N1MAQUAL
system parameter if you do not wish to maintain qualifications. The system then only checks that the employee exists when the employees involved are being entered, and input help offers a search function covering all employees and external physicians.
