Assignment of Employee to Service - (AT, CH, SG)
After the release of a medical service (service entry, surgery monitor, clinical work station) or when creating a Team for a service that is already released, you can transfer one or more business partners into IS-H (table NNLZ
).
You can use this function, for example, to transfer a fee-based physician to IS-H when releasing the service.
You determine who is transmitted and with which role using the performing OU from the SAP Easy Access
menu under .
Note
The entries in the Task column have no effect with TYP VMA (EMR) = perform or release. Since this column is used in the key, it should be maintained. Only one entry is allowed: " * ".
TYPE = "EMR Perf": The EMR of the performing unit that is entered in the conversion type
(employee – service – assignment) entered in the Role
column is transferred to IS-H.
If the EMR does not exist for an OU of the type VMA Perf., the system will transfer that from the release.
TYP = 'EMR Release': The EMR of the performing unit that is entered in the conversion type
(employee – service – assignment) entered in the Role
(e.g. ER performer) column is transferred to IS-H.
TYP = 'Team': The employee who is assigned to a specfic team (to the service) in the task, wird mit der Rolle, die in der Umschlüsselungsart
(Mitarbeiter - Leistung - Zuordnung) in der Spalte Rolle
(z.B. ER Erbringender) eingetragen ist, an IS-H weitergegeben.
If the TYP =Team does not exist for an OU with the release, no EMR will be transferred to IS-H because the conversion will take place later.
Caution
An earlier conversion would abort the processing when creating the team (NNLZ entry found).
A USER EXIT is called in the next step (always within the function module).
The internal NNLZ
is transferred in the interface. If the USER-EXIT is not active, the internal NNLZ
is forwarded to the "updater". If the USER-EXIT is active, the conversion is carried out and the internal NNLZ
enhanced.
The maintenance of the table N1LSTGSPLIT
provides for the generation of operational readiness services. If the table is empty, no operational readiness services are generated. The operational readiness service is defined by the institution-related parameter N1PRAESZ
.
If entries related to the performing organizational unit are found, an operational readiness service is generated (NLEI
) for each function (from table N1LSTGSPLIT
for this OU). This service carries the value of the SERVICE column as code and as quantity the duration of the presence of the business partner in minutes for the performed service. The duration becomes due to the entered times, which are in the team entry (beginning time - end time) or (if this duration = 0) due to the time markers, which are intended in the table N1LSTGSPLIT
for this OE, calculated
Before processing begins, the system will search table NNLZ
to determine whether entries already exist for this service, (fee-based physician already transferred):
'Release Service':
Yes, processing is canceled, no new entries in NNLZ
No, processing continues.
'Create or Change Team':
Yes, processing is canceled, the user is informed. Dialog "Team for fee-based billing already transferred. Contact your IS-H consultant"
No, processing continues with conversion to table N1ROLZUO.
