You can determine groups for cycle which are used to structure the cycles in the input help for cycles. This means the system sorts the cycle input help according to these groups.

Prerequisites

You have already defined cycles.

Activities

Define groups in the Implementation Guideunder Start of the navigation path Industry-Specific Component Clinical System Next navigation step Medication Next navigation step Medication Order Next navigation step Group Determination for Cycles End of the navigation path.

Then assign your cycles to the relevant groups. Make this assignment in the cycle overview in the IMG activity Set Up Cycles by assigning the corresponding group to the relevant cycle.

Note Note

For the optimum use of the grouping function, there is a new display variant (tree display) available for the input help for cycles. You can determine the use of the new display variant in system parameter N1MEGRCY.

Example

Define the groups as follows, for example

  • 1 x daily

  • 2 x daily

  • 3 x daily

Assign the "3 x daily" group to the cycles "08:00, 12:00.16:00", "1-1-1", "Every 8 Hours", etc.
