Storage Tab Page
On the Storage
tab page you enter and manage drug information concerning the provider, storage, fill source, and information for materials management (MM component).
You enter or manage the necessary information in the following group boxes and the following entry table:
Refrigeration
group box
In the Refrigeration
group box you can define, for example, whether the drug must be refrigerated. You can also determine a minimum and maximum storage temperature.
MM
group box
In the MM
group box, you can specify information on the material and determine whether the system should create an MM reservation for this drug for medication events in "confirmed" status.

Note
Note that the fields for the material information are only displayed if the drug catalog, to which the drug belongs, has the MM Active
indicator set.
Fill Sources
entry table
In the entry table for fill sources you can specify the fill sources for the drug or edit the assignment of drugs to the selected fill source.
Choose
(Add New Row
), to enter a fill source in the entry table of this drug. You access the input help for fill sources where multiple selection is available by(by dragging the mouse cursor or holding the Ctrl
key and clicking on the fill sources).
Note
If you click in the input field of the indicator for the floor stock fill source, you change to the next possible value with each click.
If you select a fill source in the entry table and choose the Maintain
pushbutton with the quick info text Maintain Fill Sources
, you can branch to fill source editing.

If, in addition to the drug which is currently in processing, you have also assigned subordinate drugs to a fill source in the entry table, the system flags this fill source with the
(Call Subordinate Drugs
) in the Display Subordinate Drugs
column. You can use the hotspot on this icon to branch to a dialog box for displaying the subordinate drugs of this fill source.
