Status History of an Event
You use the Display Status History
function to display the changes made to the status of the event.
Activities
To display the status history, in a view of the Medication Events/Inpatient Nursing Services View Type in the clinical work station, choose 
(Display Status History
).
Note
Alternatively you can call the status history using the hot spot on the event status of the corresponding event in the Drug Events/Inpatient Nursing Services
view type.

dialog box appears, which displays when status changes were made by which users.
