Display of Event Graphs with Progress Entries Data Source
The Progress Entries
graph displays all progress entries created with i.s.h.med Progress Documentation
and that are within the current time period focus.
For Smart Chart to display a line graph with progress entries data source, the following conditions must be satisfied:
You created progress notes
for the data source and combined them in a chart layout in Customizing for chart elements.
When you launched Smart Chart you selected a chart layout that also contains the graph for displaying progress entries.
You have migrated inpatient, outpatient and nursing progress notes (if they exist). For more information, see Creating Event Graphs.
The system displays progress entries with the
(<Progress Entry>
)icon.
A quick info text is available for each progress entry. When you move the mouse pointer over an icon, the system displays the entry date/time, the first 60 characters of the entered progress description and the name of the user who created the progress entry.
The system displays overlapping progress entries with the icon
(<display of values>
).
