Creating Event Graphs
If you select the Physician Order for Ward Doc. WS
, Physician Order
, Progress Notes
or Documents
data source, the system creates an event graph.
Note
Smart Chart only displays progress entries that you created with i.s.h.med progress documentation. You can only display inpatient, outpatient and nursing progress notes in Smart Chart, if you have previously migrated these with report RN1PDS_MIGRATION
.
Depending on the data source, different selection criteria can be selected:
If you want to display documents, you can specify which document types, document categories and statuses you want to display. Multiple selection is possible here. If you do not specify any selection criteria, all documents for the patient will appear. The same icon is used for all documents.
If you want to display physician orders, additionally select which status the displayed physician orders must have. A separate icon is used for each physician order status.
Note
When you migrate existing progress notes, the system hides the selection criteria for the note types and the documenting occupational groups.
Using this selection criteria lets you display selected document categories and physician orders with different statuses in separate graphs.
For all event graphs, you can determine the background color of the graph in Graph Properties. In this way, you can further differentiate the appearance of the various graphs.
