Mobile Medication in i.s.h.med enhances the mobile application SAP EMR Unwired with the Medication Web facet (IS-H). This enables you to access the data of your patient's current drug therapy on a mobile device from anywhere in your institution, based on the Medication component.

You require a license for Mobile Medication. For more information, see License Keys for i.s.h.med Modules and Functionality.

Prerequisites

To use Mobile Medication, you must have configured and be using Medication in i.s.h.med. For more information, see Medication.

To use Mobile Medication in the mobile application SAP EMR Unwired, you must have first configured the latter. For more information about this, see http://help.sap.com/healthcare-emr/Information published on SAP site > Administrator’s Guide.

To use Mobile Medication, you must execute the Install Components for Mobile Applications program (RN1MOBILE_FACETS_INSTALL) and configure the SAP Mobile Server. Features

Mobile Medication provides a daily overview of the orders that exist for a patient in the selected period. A timeline lets you navigate within the displayed order period.

If the daily overview contains more orders than can currently be displayed, this is indicated by a scrollbar.

Mobile Medication shows the following information for each day:

  • Display of the planned or administered dose

  • Indication of administration deviations

  • Specification of the number of treatment days

  • Indication of infusions

  • Indication of PRN medications

  • Indications of subsequent orders

  • Indication of orders with subsequent order
