 Evaluating Profiles

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel management Next navigation step Personnel development Next navigation step Information system Next navigation step Profiles. End of the navigation path

  2. The Profile Evaluation screen appears. All the subprofiles of the object type in question are displayed and selected in the Possible subprofiles group box.

  3. If necessary, change the object type.

  4. Enter the object name or the object ID of the position in the corresponding field, and then choose Enter .

  5. To add further objects to the list, repeat the procedure described above.

  6. All the objects you have selected, their object type, their name and their object ID are displayed in the Objects group box. All the subprofiles of the object types in question are displayed and selected in the Possible subprofiles group box.

  7. If you do not want to display a particular subprofile for an object type, deselect the object types in question in the Possible subprofiles group box.

  8. If necessary, change the data selection period .

  9. Choose Start of the navigation path Profile Next navigation step Execute. End of the navigation path

  10. The Profile Evaluation screen appears. The subprofiles corresponding to each object are displayed in a list.

  11. You can save this list to file and/or print it out.

  • To save to file, choose Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Save to PC file... End of the navigation path

  • To print out, choose Start of the navigation path List Next navigation step Print. End of the navigation path
