 Evaluating Appraisals Profiles

Prerequisites

For information on the prerequisites for comparing appraisals and calculating averages for appraisals, refer to Comparing Appraisals and Calculating Averages for Appraisals .

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Human resources Next navigation step Personnel management Next navigation step Personnel development Next navigation step Profile Next navigation step Display. End of the navigation path

  2. The Display Profile screen appears.

  3. Select the appropriate appraiser or appraisee. For more information on selecting objects in the Object Manager, refer to Working With the Object Manager .

  4. Double-click the selected appraiser or appraisee.

  5. Select the Appraisals Where Appraisee (or Appraisals Where Appraiser ) tab page.

  6. You have the following options:

  7. To display the appraisals list:

    To comparing appraisals:

    To calculate averages for appraisals:

    Select one or more appraisals, and choose .

    The appraisals in question are displayed in list form.

    Select two or more appraisals, and choose .

    The appraisals selected are compared with each other.

    Select two or more appraisals, and choose .

    The overall average is calculated and displayed, as is the average for each individual appraisal element.

  8. Choose Start of the navigation path Settings Next navigation step Formatting options End of the navigation path , to:

  • Change the way in which appraisal results are presented

  • Display a legend for the appraisals
