Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
component. You can run reports on the following master data objects:
Parcel
Parcel update
Land register
Joint liability
Notice of assessment

Parcels
Using this report, you can report on parcels based on owners and holders of land lease rights. For example, you can request an overview of parcels that are held based on land leases.

Parcels – Measurements
You can use this report to evaluate parcels according to their measurements. You can limit the report by the measurement type.
Parcels – Easements
Using this report, you can get information on parcels that are affected by easements. You can distinguish between dominant and servient tenements, and list parcels with cancellations.
Parcels – Development Planning
You can use this report to evaluate parcels that are subject to development planning. You can limit the type of public register for this report.
Parcels – Contamination
Using this report, you can get information on parcels that are affected by contamination or non-hazardous waste. You can limit the report using the type of contamination and the date that cleanup was completed.
Parcels – Land Registers
You can use this report to evaluate parcels based on the owner data entered in the land register. You can limit the report by the land register type.
Parcels – Objects
You can use this report to evaluate parcels based on the objects entered in them. You can limit the report using the chart of depreciation and depreciation area.
Parcels – Usages
You can use this report to evaluate parcels based on their usage. You can limit the selection using the usage type of the parcel and the internal usage subtype.
Parcels – Area Analysis of Possession Areas
Using this report, you can evaluate parcels based on contract areas, possession areas, and ownership areas of equitable owners.
Parcels – Cadastral Classifications
You can use this report to evaluate parcels based on their usage from the viewpoint of the survey office. You can limit the selection using the overlay number and the cadastral classification.
Parcel Updates
You can use this report to get information on parcel updates.
Predecessor Parcels
You can use this report to get information on predecessor parcels. The system lists predecessor parcels, as long as they can be individually identified. The system ends the report if there are two predecessor parcels for any parcel.
Successor Parcels
You can use this report to get information on successor parcels.
Land Registers
You can use this report to report on land registers.
Land Registers – Joint Liability
You can use this report to get information on entries on the
Section III
tab page of the
Land Register
master data object. You can limit the report by selecting joint liability numbers.
Joint Liability
You can use this report to get information on joint liabilities entered in the system.
Land Registers with Real Estate Register
You can use this report to report on land registers with real estate registers. You can limit the report using the following:
Real estate register number
Date of entry in land register
Date of registration consent
Date of cancellation
Other Public Registers
You can use this report to get information on other public registers.
Notices of Assessment
You can use this report to get information on notices of assessment.
Notices of Assessment – Annual Values
You can use this report to get information on annual values.
