You can collect, summarize and analyze master data and flow data for your parcels. The system provides the following information, for example:
Entries about the parcel in other public registers
Contracts related to the parcel that affect holdings (sales and land lease contracts)
Information recorded in land registers
For an overview of different objects, you can also choose the
Overviews
tab page.
You can also access these and other reports in the Information System for Land Use Management. On the
SAP Easy Access
screen, choose

In the RE Navigator (RE80), choose
Object Overview
in the navigation area. In the dropdown list, choose
Parcel.
Choose the
Overviews
tab page and select a report from the dropdown list.
The system displays the information in list form.
Parcels are assigned to real estate register numbers in the land register.
The land register is based on this registration of the parcel. The information from the real estate cadaster about parcels, in so far as it describes the existence and size of parcels, also shares in the public faith accorded to the land register.
On the parcel, the system shows the assignment of the parcel to the land register pages. You see:
Cancellation indicator
Land register type
Land register district
Volume
Page
Real estate register number
Valid-from date
Cancellation date
Owner number
