From the Create Standard Role screen, choose  Goto Container definition.

Choose  Edit Create.

A dialog box appears with the question: Create with ABAP Dictionary field proposals?

Answer this question with YES .

On the screen that is now displayed, enter the name of the application table. This name can be taken from your Customizing settings for the clarification processing application object (see the IMG structure  Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable Technical Settings Prepare processing of clarification worklist (the system displays the same screen as for maintaining role definitions)).

Choose Continue .

The system displays all the table fields belonging to the application table.

Choose those table fields that you wish to use as criteria for defining responsibilities.

For each field you select, the system displays a create window, that must be confirmed by choosing Create.
