Make the necessary settings in Customizing for
Flexible Real Estate Management
(RE-FX)
. Choose
.
Enter the survey office.
In the navigation area, choose
Object Overview.
Choose
Parcel Update
in the dropdown list. Choose
with the quick info text
Create.
The
Create Parcel Update
dialog box appears.
Choose a parcel update category in the
ID of New Parcel Update
group box. Enter the notice number, and choose
Continue
.
The
General Data
tab page appears in the detail view.
Enter the date of issue in the
Validity
group box.
Choose the
Change in Holdings
tab page. If you chose the
Official Record of Notice
parcel update category, then choose a parcel update type in the lower part of the screen on the
Details
tab page.
Choose at least one parcel on the
Parcels Before
tab page. Choose at least one parcel on the
Parcels After
tab page. You can also create new parcels, for example if you want to merge several parcels.
Note
The system sets the valid-to date to one day before the valid-from date of the new parcel. When an existing status is changed, the system ends the old status one day before the new status takes effect. In this way, the system ensures that the information on areas is consistent on any given key date.
Choose the
Measurements
tab page, and enter the difference between the measurements of the parcels in the
Surveying Difference
group box. This amount must be the same as the difference between the cadastral areas.
For those parcels that are no longer contained in the list of parcels after the parcel update, the system sets the cessation date in the list of parcels before the parcel update.
You are planning to merge two parcels:
Parcel A
Parcel B
After the parcel update, there is only one parcel: parcel C.
You merged the parcels on October 28, 2005. The system sets the valid-to date to October 27, 2005.
