 Processing the Todo List

Use

Cadastral changes (such as, splitting of parcels) influence the master data objects that have areas from the changed parcels assigned to them. For example, site protection relates only to the new parcels that result from the split. You have to update the affected master data objects to reflect the new, time-dependent relationships among the parcels. Otherwise, links to the new parcels for site protection, leases, and so on, are lost after the parcel update. The todo list displays the master data objects that are affected.

Prerequisites

You documented a change to parcels.

Procedure

  1. Choose the Todo List tab page.

You see all master data objects that had assignments to the parcels before the parcel update.

  2. Click on one of these master data objects and process it. Then select the row and choose Confirm with the quick info text Confirm Change Made .

The Mark Entries as Completed screen appears.

  3. Choose Yes .

The entry is now marked as completed .

Result

You updated the affected master data objects.

Example

Parcel 1211 is split into parcels 1211/1 and 1211/2. Part of parcel 1211 was leased out. You need to make sure that the parcel update of parcel 1211 is reflected in the Parcels table of the right of use contract.

You need to decide the following:

  • Do you have to give notice on the contract?

  • Which of the new parcels, 1211/1 or 1211/2, should become the basis for the lease-out contract? Has the area changed?

  • Do the area leased and the lease payment have to be changed in the contract?

    Note Note

You have to update this information manually because the changes are dependent on the specific circumstances. The system does not update this information automatically.

    End of the note.
