You activate handling unit integration in Customizing for Dangerous Goods Management in the IMG activity Activate Dangerous Goods Checks .

The HU Integration Active indicator controls whether the Selection of Dangerous Goods Data for Packaging dialog opens instead of the normal packaging material proposal (see also Entering Dangerous-Goods-Relevant Data on the Handling Unit ). This enables you to determine and enter dangerous-goods-relevant data for packaging.

The HU Integration Active indicator is not set in the standard system.
