HR Professionals process master data for Organizational Units, Positions, Employees, and organizational structures. In the Menu tab of this composite role, you have the URL: /sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ARSRVC_SUITE_PB/main.html?page=SPB_LANDING_PAGE pointing to the landing page from which HR Professionals can access all the data they need to complete these tasks.

In the Personalization tab, you will find the launchpad role HRPAO, instance BASIC_ACTIONS is assigned for the Personalization Object Key, for the Description Actions Launchpad (Key HRPAO_ACTIONS_LPD).

This means that in the Actions Lane, users will only see the content from Employee Basic Data, or the content available in the launchpad role HRPAO, instance BASIC_ACTIONS. For more information on configuring the launchpad for the action lane, and information on how to add standard content from the other standard launchpad, please see the Customizing documentation in  Personnel & Organization Role Configure Launchpad for Actions .

The composite role comprises single roles that are primarily used for authorizations. In the Menu tab of the single roles for the lane authorizations you can see the OData services required for accessing the back end data from these lanes. In the single roles with authorizations for accessing employee and organization data, you can see the Master Data Application required for the data processing.
