Summary

Errors which occur when an SAP CC user manages some customer management areas with the SAP CC Core Tool user interface:

Maintain (Create, Modify, Delete)
Get (Search)

These operations are only available in the SAP CC Core Tool user interface when the system landscape includes SAP CRM or SAP ERP systems. These errors must not be visible by an SAP CC user.

SAP CC Core Tool may display some error codes in the below list. Use this technical documentation for troubleshooting purpose. In a production system landscape, contact your SAP Support Team.
These private operations are available in the HCI technical interface that is used by the SAP CC Core Tool user interface. The operations cannot be implemented in a connected system.

Error Codes

To continue your troubleshooting investigations, select the error code signaled in the operation response replied by the SAP CC system:

CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-1	The name of the customer management area at index {0} is missing.	Add a name to the customer management area.
CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-2	The name of the customer management area at index {0} is empty.	Set the name of the customer management area.
CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-3	The name "{0}" of the customer management area at index {1} is already used by another customer management area at index {2}.	Change the name of the customer management area.
CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-4	The name of the ERP JCo destination in the customer management area at index {0} is missing.	Add a name of ERP JCo destination to the customer management area.
CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-5	The name of the ERP JCo destination in the customer management area at index {0} is empty.	Set the name of the ERP JCo destination in the customer management area.
CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-6	The name "{0}" of the ERP JCo destination in the customer management area at index {1} matches no existing ERP JCo destination.	Set an existing ERP JCo destination name to the customer management area.

CUSTOMERMANAGEMENTAREA-12	The customer management area "{0}" cannot be removed because it is still used by at least one subscriber account.	Delete all the subscriber accounts that use this customer management area.
