You use this command after importing EU VAT rates with the SAP CC Setup Tool user interface.
refresh_tax_cache command triggers the update of
the tax data cache dedicated to EU VAT rates
of all the rater and updater instances of the SAP CC system.
Technical Operations: Data Configuration
To work with this command in the user interface, you must have a specific role in your SAP CC user profile.
