The USID are configured in the master data related to the end customers of
the service provider: See the accesses of the provider contracts and subscriptions.
ausi command configures the User Service Identifier (USID), which is the technical identifier
of an end customer allowed to consume the marketable service.
This technical data can be a phone number or an email address.
