Resend subfunction of the reservation renewal function is resumed by an administrator

The resend subfunction of the reservation renewal function is now
enabled by an administrator in this rater instance of the SAP CC
system.
According to the system settings (attempts, interval), the instance
will regularly resend the renew reservation notifications as long as
an acknowledgment has not been received from a registered client
application (or system).
