Any new chargingContractActivate operation request sent by external systems will be ignored by the SAP CC Core Server system

If you need to run the provider contract activation again:
- You should either wait for the current provider contract activation process to complete
- Or terminate the current activation using SAP CC Admin+ or by implementing the stopChargingContractActivation operation
