Check you started the instance on the expected host machine
Compare the hardware key(s) of the SAP CC Core Server system to the hardware key(s) of the license file
- Get the hardware keys from the hardware_keys.txt file. There is a key for each host of the system.
- Get the hardware keys declared in the installed licenses. You can use the Setup Configuration Tool to export the licenses in a file
- Check that the hardware keys are correct
Install a valid license for the hardware key of this host machine
Restart this instance of the SAP CC system
