The database includes all the extended chargeable items (XCIs) exported by an import/export connector (IEC) application during offline acquisition of customer service usages by end customers. These service consumption records are stored both in the XCI_INFO table and in the XCI_VALUES table with the same unique identifier (XCI_ID).
The IEC Database of SAP Convergent Charging includes the following database filegroups. They are defined to optimize the storage of data in the database system (MS SQL Server).
