Detailed Information
The unlocksubs command unlocks the subscriptions
previously locked by a common rerating process, but you must not manually
unlock the subscriptions except when the rerating process did not unlock them
at the end of the operation.
Authorization
You must have a specific role in your SAP CC user profile. Refer to the SAP CC Security Guide for more information about the necessary authorizations.
