This operation allows to unlock a subscription in customer master data of a service provider.

A subscription is locked during bulk rerating operations. It must not be manually unlocked, except if for any reason rerating has ended without unlocking this subscription. Targeted subscription is then left into an inconsistent state, with bad counters values (old values) and no more transactions between the rerating from date and now.
