public class ModifyAccessOp
This operation allows to modify an existing access.
Only the accessible charge chronology can be modified in an access. In order to add an accessible charge
in the chronology the method setAccessibleCharge(AccessibleChargeModel accessibleCharge)
of access must be used.
The new accessible charge chronology will be updated with the new accessible charge available from modification date
to modification end date. If the accessible charge is null, the new accessible charge chronology will be discontinuous
between the modification date and end date.
If modification date is null, the new accessible charge will be available from ever.
If modification end date is null, the new accessible charge will be available for ever.
If both are null, the new accessible charge chronology contains only the new accessible charge.
