- Allowance Logic object(s): {allowanceLogicIds}.

- The CSV string containing the list of Charge codes which reference the Allowance Event Class

- The CSV string containing the list of Refill Logic codes which reference the Allowance Event Class
- {allowanceLogicIds}:
- The CSV string containing the list of Allowance Logic codes which reference the Allowance Event Class
