The MOPA table contains the basic definition of the monitoring plans stored in the
monitoring catalog
of a service provider.
These definitions are completed with information stored in the MOPA_xx database tables

Note
For compatibility reasons, the name of this table remains unchanged even if the table
concerns the refill plans used in the SAP CC system.
