Business Context and Use
A monitoring plan class is the signature of a monitoring plan. A monitoring plan is used to monitor the consumption of a service by a user
identified by a technical identifier. The consumption of a service can be defined as a set of spending limits, and the monitoring plan
allows to define status for these spending limits.
Whereas the monitoring plan is maintained over time, the monitoring plan class remains stable.
