SAP Convergent Charging provides you with several user interfaces to configure the SAP CC systems with master data, business data, or system level settings. You can use these user interfaces to configure, administer, monitor, and operate all the SAP CC systems available in your SAP system landscape.
SAP CC 2020 provides graphical user interfaces to configure your main data in the SAP CC systems or to operate with productive systems.
These user interfaces are desktop Java-based programs (SAP CC 2020 Core Tool) or Web applications (SAP CC 2020 Convergent Charging Cockpit) based on SAP Fiori and SAP UI5.
