Technical Data

Consider the technical information about this metric subnode in the metric hierarchy:

Software Product and Version SAP Convergent Charging 2020
Path SAP Convergent Charging | SAP CC | Transaction

Description

This node groups the performance and health data about the technical transactions managed in the SAP CC system instances. The technical transactions are managed by the Data Access Layer (DAL). The DAL ensures the data coherence and persistency of the resources enlisted in the transaction. The resources that could be part of the transaction are the database, the caches including their invalidation, the generated data files (bulk write) and other systems via JCo. The completion of the transaction involves resources activities. The transaction resources could be part of the instance back-ends. For more information, consult the nodes "Backends" and "JMX|com.highdeal|Cache".

Each call includes a technical transaction that is specialized and processed in a transactional execution mode: the changes take effect (are committed) or are returned (rolled back) to the original stable state before the commit attempt.
