Retrieves the value-type from a BTGOperandModel.

The type is always assignable to the value-type returned by OperandValueProvider.getValue(BTGOperandModel, UserModel, BTGConditionEvaluationScope).
However, whenever the type is needed it's advised to use this method as it may not need the concrete value for type-determination which might result in better performance. BTGOperandModel which is asked for it's type
