Budget Objects

Commitment items:
All commitment items to be budgeted must be flagged as budget objects. The commitment items must have financial transaction 30 and the item category 2 or 3.
Budget structure templates
You have to decide whether or not you want to use budget structure templates for the definition.
Reconstruction assigned:
You have to reconstruct the assigned values after the definition

Posting Objects
|
Commitment items:
You can flag commitment items manually as posting objects with financial transaction 30 and item category 3. If you do not flag the commitment items manually, all commitment items that have financial transaction 30 and item category 3 are automatically flagged as posting objects. Commitment items that have financial transaction and item category 2 are automatically flagged as posting items and it is not possible to flag them manually.
Budget structure templates
You have to decide whether or not you want to use budget structure templates for the definition.
Reconstruction assigned:
You have to reconstruct the assigned values after the definition
Reconstruction distributed:
If budget values already exist, you have to reconstruct the distributed values before the assigned values are reconstructed.

Note
If you have only defined budget objects and no posting objects, all postable commitment items are postable.
If you have created BS with a budget structure templates, the object function of a commitment item can only be changed within the template.
