Reconstructing Distributed Values

Use

You use this program when you have changed, deleted or reconstructed a budget structure.

If, for example, in an existing Budget Structure you define more Budget Structure Elements in an existing budget structure as budget objects, reconstructing the distributed values ensures that the distributed values are recalculated. For more information on what you need to note when changing the budget structure, see: Changes to the Budget Structure.

Note Note

You do not have to reconstruct the distributed values, if you define new elements as budget objects on the lowest hierarchy level in the budget structure.

End of the note.

Integration

After reconstructing the distributed values, you can Total Up the budgeted values.

If availability control is active for the specified FM area and specified fiscal year, you must Reconstruct the Assigned Values after totaling up the distributed values.
