Mass Maintenance of Cover Eligibility RulesYou can use this function to determine the types of cover eligibility in which more than one expenditures FM account assignment takes part (unilateral cover eligibility, cover pool, revenues increasing the budget). In the same way as in Individual Maintenance , you can define cover eligibility relationships by maintaining the necessary assignments on the relevant tab pages. For more information on the tab pages, see Cover Eligibility Rule Maintenance .
Unlike individual maintenance, in mass maintenance, you can group together a number of expenditures FM account assignments and process them together. To do this, generate a selection list using specific criteria and you can select from this list the account assignments you want to process together.
For more information, see Rule Maintenance for Unilateral and Reciprocal Cover Eligibility .
There are three ways of maintaining assignments:

Possible uses for this function include when you want to assign several FM account assignments that are entitled to cover to the same FM account assignments that are subject to cover.
