Creates a fluent helper object that will fetch a single BR_TechnicalResponsible entity with the provided key field values. To perform execution, call the execute method on the fluent helper object.

Parameters:

bR_NotaFiscal - Identifies a nota fiscal or any other electronic fiscal document within the SAP environment. The system assigns a unique number to each document; this number is used internally by various programs.

Constraints: Not nullable, Maximum length: 10
