Lineup

Definition

Document in Work Clearance Management that is made up of one or more verification lists. Verification lists list technical objects whose current operational condition/type is to be checked on site.

In the lineup, you define:

  • The number of checks that are required, that is the number of checks that are to be carried out.

  • Whether the underlying lineup can be changed after creation; this happens based on the usage of the lineup.

In the verification list, you specify which technical objects are to be checked in an asset. You document the results on site. Based on these results, you decide on follow-on checks.

Use

Every verification list provides an overview of the technical objects, the expected operational condition/type, the current operational condition/type, and the status for a check. If you have checked the operational condition/type on site, you must confirm this in the system. For every technical object where you have changed the operational condition/type on location, you must enter a reason. The changes are logged. The system corrects the current operational condition/type.

Lineups are based on the master data for mode-dependent tagging, which defines the expected operational condition.

Note Note

You can also use lineups to change the operation mode of the asset.

End of the note.

Structure

There are two types of lineup:

The following table contains the possible system statuses for a lineup:

ID

Name

Description

CRTE

Created

Initial status of a lineup

PREP

Prepared

Lineup is prepared.

  • Authorization is required.

  • Further changes are not allowed.

  • This status can be revoked.

  • This status is a prerequisite for all checks.

CHNG

Change mode

Lineup can be changed again.

  • Authorization is required.

  • This status can be revoked.

PROC

In process

Check has started.

  • The system automatically sets/revokes this status.

CLSD

Closed

Lineup is closed.

  • Authorization is required.

  • Lineup was completely processed, that is, all required checks are closed.

  • No more changes/activities are allowed.

  • The system automatically sets the status.

REJC

Rejected

Lineup is rejected.

  • Authorization is required.

  • Check has not yet started, so lineup does not yet have status PROC (Processing).

  • No more changes/activities are allowed.

INAC

Object deactivated

Lineup is inactive.

  • No more changes/activities are allowed.

  • This status can be revoked.

DLFL

Deletion flag set

The lineup is flagged for deletion.

  • No more changes/activities are allowed.

  • This status can be revoked.
