Current Operational Condition/Type

Use

During lockout/tagout the operational condition/type of technical objects changes on site. You must confirm these on-site changes in the system. The system updates the confirmed operational conditions/types as the current operational condition/type for the technical objects.

Features

For all technical objects, the system logs the current operational condition/type independently of the plant. Logging takes place when you confirm the execution of an activity on site. You do this in the Operational WCD or in the verification list.

On both the maintenance screen and the switching screen of the Operational WCD, you can display the current operational condition/type to support you. You use the user-specific settings to define this.

The following symbol is displayed on both the maintenance screen and the switching screen of the Operational WCD for your support; double-click to get a more detailed overview:

  • The tagging condition/-type or untagging condition/-type displayed does not match the current operational condition/-type.

If you ignore a conflict, the system always assumes that you have performed switching and updates the current operational condition/type.

You can use the Adjust Untagging function to copy the current operational condition/-type of a technical object as the desired untagging condition/-type.
