allows more flexibility than the web application.
You can group open items by category (premium, commission, claim, costs) in various broker report items, by grouping them with various grouping categories . You can also group open items from the same categories to differing report items.
This means that processing broker reports for non-web brokers is not compatible with processing broker reports for web brokers with web applications.
Note the following processing rules :
All broker reports (for non-web brokers and web brokers) can be display with the web application broker report overview .
You can process a web broker report with the SAP Easy Access menu transactions, or with the web applications.
You can process a web broker report in the SAP Easy Access menu transactions, but you can then no longer process them with the web application.
It is not possible to process broker reports for broker contracts that are not assigned to a web broker with the web application for processin g broker reports . .
You decide whether a broker report is to be processed with the web application or the SAP Easy Access menu transactions, by defining the web broker type in the broker contract insurance object (
Broker Collections
tab page).
The web broker type is defined in Customizing for

If you want to process a broker report for a broker contract with defined web broker by using the SAP Easy Access menu transactions, the system provides you with a warning message that informs you that you can no longer process the broker report with the web application after this processing .
