Manual Creation of Broker Reports Brokers and permitted insurance processors can create broker reports manually with the web application WD_IBR_BR_CREATION.
You can decide whether the system is to calculate a proposal for the amounts to be collected in the settlement period, or whether you want to create the premiums to be settled (for collection-independent commission, for example).
The insurance company can also automatically create broker reports in defined periods. The mass activity Generate Broker Report is executed for this.
You are in the web application WD_IBR_BR_CREATION.
When creating the broker report, enter a settlement period. If a broker/insurance processor is assigned to multiple broker contracts, also enter the relevant broker contract.
By selecting the option
Proposal for Broker Report
, brokers/insurance processors can group a proposal from the system for the amounts to be collected in the settlement period.
During proposal creation, the system selects the open items for a settlement period and groups them to broker report items. This grouping takes place in the same way as the creation of broker reports with the Create Broker Report mass activity.
You can also enter the search term relevant for a broker report.
After broker report creation, the system outputs the message that the broker report has been created.
Brokers/insurance processors can click on
Process Created Broker Report
to switch to
Processing Broker Reports
.
Clicking on
Create New Broker Report
allows you to create more broker reports.
