Display CIAP Records Data
You use this report to view your CIAP records and all the information related to those records. For each record, the system displays the quotas that have been posted to FI. You can simulate all the quotas and see in which period a record was suspended, if it happened.
You can also find information about the Crediting Period Limit in the Month field and the range of dates that represent the crediting displayed in the CIAP record through the Start of Crediting Period and End of Crediting Period fields.
As of this report, you can execute the following activities:
View all details of a CIAP record.
Run the CIAP accounting and create quotas for the records.
Run the simulation of CIAP accounting.
Transfer asset between plants.
Retire a record by reversal, sales, perishing or manually.
Retire a record by scrapping, via nota fiscal or via occurrence bulletin.
Suspend a record.
Reactivate a suspended record.
Cancel a record created through the CIAP BAPI or through the Load CIAP Records report.
Access the documents that are linked to the report. For example, you may find a NF document, an asset master data, an asset G/L account or a material document linked to the report.
Cancel the retirement of a CIAP record.
