Archiving Pricing Documents (LO-MD-RPC)
Archiving object W_KALK
is used to archive pricing documents in the Retail Pricing
component.
Pricing documents contain the pricing results of sales price calculations. In addition to the sales prices, all other relevant parameters of pricing items (such as vendor, purchasing organization, purchase price, calculation schemas used) are saved.
During archiving, document items with status D are usually archived regardless of the specified archiving key date. It is also possible to archive canceled document items regardless of the date, by setting the appropriate indicator during archiving.

The archiving object has been revised as part of a project to standardize and optimize data archiving. You can use the standardized archiving object by activating the business function Data Archiving: Standardization of Archiving Objects - Retail/Agency Business (DA_ARCHOBJ_STANDARD_3

The SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) component supports the entire software lifecycle including the storage, retention, blocking, and deletion of data.
