Destroying Adjustments Reasons Data with HRPA_ADJRN
You can use the HR: Adjustments Reasons
(HRPA_ADJRN
) archiving object to destroy all adjustments reasons infotype data. You should not destroy adjustment reasons data that has an end date later than the Destroy Until
date.
Adjustment reasons data is regarded as person-related data for data privacy purposes. Therefore, because of regulations in your country you may need to destroy this data after a defined retention period is reached.
This archiving object is divided into archiving subobjects and destroys data from the following infotypes:

For every archiving subobject, you can define different retention rules. After the destruction of data is completed, the system creates a destruction log for every archiving subobject, and blocks the data creation at the archiving subobject or subtype level.
