You can use the HR: Compensation Review and Budget (HRECM_REV) archiving object to destroy compensation review and budget data.

The following data is not destroyed:

  • Data related to the compensation review process which is stored in support tables such as the following

    • T71ADM_PROCESS

    • T71ADM_PROC_NOTE

    • T71ADM_SPENT_AMT

  • Master data information for running a compensation process stored in the PA infotype

    This includes infotypes such as, Compensation Program infotype (0758), Eligibility Override infotype (0760), and infotypes related to long term incentives.

Compensation data is regarded as person-related data in terms of data privacy, therefore, country-specific regulations may mean it is necessary to destroy this data after a defined retention period is reached.

This archiving object destroys data from the following infotypes:

The archiving object also destroys dependent data. To display a complete overview of the relevant database tables, choose DB Tables in archive administration (transaction SARA)
