To ensure that only data no longer relevant is archived, certain conditions must be met. The write program performs relevant checks to ensure that these conditions are complied with.

The system performs the archivability check for the following parameters:

  • The final status of the compensation review process for all organizational units which belong to the same organizational structure is set to Activated, that is, the process status = ‘X’ . If the review is not complete for any of the organizational units in the structure, the review is excluded from the destruction run.

  • The status of the compensation review process infotype (0759) record, for all the review items of a review, must have the status 5 (Active). If any record related to the review is not active the personnel number is excluded from the destruction run.
